    The worst law firm in Bay Area. They had a simple task to transfering my wife's H1B Mor than 1 month that they spend , the offer was withdrawn on last minute because of them. They have lack of knowledge and professionalism. They are extremely slow in working. And they interfere in your personal matters and case to the extent. Not only that, they denied returning back the documents that my wife submitted them . This is one of the lawfirms that needs to go out of business. Also, they tend to scare the companies who use them about candidates. I also feel they are over concerned of themselves even if there is 1 % chance. Neve ever use this lawfirm for anything

    Terrible customer service and keeping track of documents. Make sure you have your own copies and time stamps whenever your provide documents these ppl need otherwise you will not be able to prove that you provided all the necessary documents, and they will charge you insane amount for their negligence.

    I have been a keypoint member for the last 31 years. It was AEACU then, in the 'good old day', membership was considered 'privilege' and you pretty much got 0 service. It has all changed for a long while, the setting and services has been excellent. The branch at El-Camino is my main bank, everyone I have made contact here are warm, I like it ! BTW, even the agent answering phone call are warm !! Good job Keypoint !

    Family owned, operated and staffed, nice when many local funeral homes are corporate owned with little more than the bottom line as a key goal. They handled both of my parents services, as the family desired. Took away the stress of dealing with a death around the holidays. Very nice, well kept facility. We were kept informed along the way.
