  So heres the thing. So far I love it here everyone is great except who ever was filling in for my favorite person, Alyssa. The day I showed up I had made a plan and gone through all the steps 2 weeks in advance I drove 20 hours and was given a hard time and made to stay in a hotel. If I had to deal with that person ever again I would run away. They were not helpful and treated me like a criminal. They even had the nerve to ask if I had proof of my agreement with Alyssa in writing. Everyone else is amazing, if it wasnt for an exceptionally bad move in experience they would be getting a 5. That person needs some serious customer service training.
