    Been living here since 2016 but everything went downhill since the owner changed. The technicians were fine but the management is terrible. I paid one day delivery for my package as I needed it urgently and they delivered it to the reception, after I called the office and asked kindly for the staff to place it out side of my apartment door (which is right next to their office)and wrote an email to authorized as asked, they failed to do so. And this happened THREE times !!!! Why can't they just tell you that they can't do it instead promising it but never actually get it done? I also tried to call them with my phone, they have been avoiding my number, I tried with my work phone and they picked it up in one second. The next day, I tried to call them with my work phone and it no longer works, I called them using my friend's phone and they picked up straight way.... The apartment is located at a good place but the management is really terrible, if you think you wont ever need anything from the office, then this is a great apartment complex.

    From the time, the management has changed from Avalon to Greystar, it has become so much more inconvenient to stay here. They had started renovating and a month back, they broke a pipe by mistake. It made the water leak out and spread to the carpet. That was just one incident. Recently, they gave like a few hours prior notice that there was going to be no power for the whole night, which we could still deal with, but then after the power was back, there was no hot water. They do not even send the lease document to you once you are added to the lease. They have a section with the "Manage my lease" tab in the online account, but when I click on it, it says, no lease documents available. It has been a few months since the management has changed and they still haven't sent the lease documents Even their phone number is not updated. If you try to call them, it says that the number is disconnected. They service requests just fine, but all in all very inconvenient.
