  This site is absolutely good for nothing. You will experience awful customer service. Everyone is too busy with their stuff and nobody cares about customers... I went in there last week, asked for help.. The Lady I spoke with said she can't help and I just walked away with a sad face :( I then chose to go to "Chase" bank..(My Favorite Bank) They gladly welcomed me, listened to what I needed and help me. Finally I got my job done at "Chase Bank". Bank of America should really learn from Chase or stop being in business, if customers are such a Burden. I'll never walk into Bank of America branch ever again, really. Whatever business I wanna do with them will be in Online only mode. No personal interaction with any BoA employee. Let them chill and have fun.

  This location is beyond slow. Theres only one teller during the rush hour of lunch between 12 and 1pm. Got here at 1250 and stood in line until 115. This is unacceptable for a bank and the wait times are crazy. They have 4 or 5 loan managers, but no tellers. Get it together BoFA. Noone wants to spend all their time in line. Highly disappointed and I understand why the are rated below 3 stars. If you're in a hurry I suggeat that tou drive to another location , possibly in San Jose. The time spent driving is still less than the wait time here. Horrible horrible branch!

  1 teller for about 40-50 people in line. Manager apologizes for not having more tellers, instead of helping out when he has no workers and a ridicules line of people waiting... As a manager, if you don't have tellers, you should let go of your pride and substitute for one instead of walking around the branch. At least when it's sooo busy...
